As distinctive from the outside as it is modern and welcoming on the inside, these apartments are in a Grade II listed former bank on Knaresborough High Street. It’s an ideal base for couples, families or business travellers looking for somewhere stylish and convenient to stay while in North Yorkshire.
The exterior of Bank Chambers is both majestic and imposing, its ornate carvings giving notice of its former status as one of the oldest bank buildings outside of London.
One of the few constructions of the era in this area to be made of red brick as opposed to stone, the building is Grade II listed. The communal entrance hall is as beautifully presented as the rest of the development, with a sweeping staircase guiding guests upwards and into its heart.

This collection of beautifully designed apartments have everything you should need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchens with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. From champagne flutes to plastic cups for children, we like to think we’ve thought of everything. We know travelling with children can be a challenge so all apartments have cots and high chairs available.
The sofa beds facilitate bed space for up to two extra guests. The sofa beds are extremely easy to set up, within 30 seconds and are refreshingly comfortable. We supply the extra bedding in the lift up section of the sofa bed, please let us know if you intend to use the sofa bed during your stay.
Like all of our properties, no expense is spared when it comes to wifi and water pressure! We have ensured we have the fastest unlimited fibre plan available, no buffering when it comes to streaming films, listening to music or during FaceTime with friends.
Please be advised, there are several flights of stairs to these apartments with no lift available. For this reason, the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair bound guests and elderly folk that struggle with stairs. Please do check out our other listings that are suitable for disabled access.
Parking is available in the town and we have 2-hour free disc parking right outside the apartments, this is suitable for loading and unloading. There is a longer term paid parking option just round the corner at approximately £1.60 per day, slightly further afield we also have a free parking option available.
